Aim of the course:
To bridge communication gaps, and improve working relationships and environments.
Course Outline:
Bridging and strengthening communication between trainees, trainers, and other professionals. This course explores all aspects of communication at work looking at some of the barriers which cause misunderstandings and breakdowns in communication between colleagues and how to overcome them. Trainers and trainees are invited to attend together or separately.
Possible topics we may cover:
- Language
- Stereotypes and symbols
- Behaviours and beliefs
- “Us” versus “them” (ethnocentrism)
- Personality clashes
- Boundaries
- Isolation
- Feeling under-appreciated and disrespected
- Bullying
- Racism
- Work/home balance
- Cultural challenges
- Socialising

A Medical Communications Specialist & Advanced Roleplay Actor/ Educator/Trainer and 2 x Roleplay Actors and Admin
