Aim of the course:
To identify and address personal communication issues and goals. To gain skills, insight and confidence for individuals to be able to cope and effectively communicate throughout their lives.
Course Outline:
Working in small groups we explore individual communication challenges. We suggest various tools and techniques and use real-life experience scenarios to reflect and prompt discussions. Roleplay actors in breakout rooms allow the opportunity for the attendees to experience and practise the various techniques they have learnt. Online communication chat for thoughts, breakthroughs and questions from attendees is available throughout the session.

Courses run throughout the year. Each course of 4 sessions runs over eight weeks. Attendees can choose each of their sessions from a selection of dates and times.
