Reactivate Communication offers suggestions and support in various courses for those facing linguistics, confidence, speech and general communication challenges.
Our focus is for individuals to feel confident and able to communicate effectively. We aim to bridge the communication gaps that lead to frustration and misunderstandings, thus minimising stress for patients, relations, colleagues, customers and themselves.
Courses are designed by a Medical Communications Specialist/Advanced Roleplay Actor in
conjunction with Medical Educators/GPs, Industry experts and professionals.
We aim to help with communication challenges and goals rather than tell you how you ‘should’ communicate.
You cannot pass or fail, be right or wrong, we do not write reports or feedback on anything discussed in our sessions. We provide a safe, useful, supportive, non-judgemental, inclusive space for you to explore and practise communication techniques, ready to transfer and use in your daily life.
The Reactivate Communication Courses are designed for all professionals and trainees who work within health, public, corporate and private settings paramedics, nurses, doctors, dentists, veterinarians, private home care providers, health visitors, midwives, foster carers, social workers, prison staff, and council employees.
Our courses are adaptable to the individual attendees' needs, we achieve this by incorporating experts and material relevant to your setting and circumstances.
